At some point a room stops being a bedroom with a wardrobe in it and becomes a dressing room, and at that point catalogue sizes stop helping. Atelier is the made-to-measure end of the range: the same anodised extrusion and cast acrylic, but cut to your ceiling height, scribed to your walls, and laid out around what you own — how many long hangs, how many shoes, whether there is an island, where the light needs to be. We survey the room, draw it, and you sign off a 3D visual and a fixed price before fabrication starts.

About the Atelier Walk-In
What does a walk-in actually cost?
It is quoted per project, because the number is driven by run length, ceiling height, how many bays get drawers and lighting rather than shelves, and how much scribing the walls need. As a guide, a small walk-in of about three metres of run starts around S$4,500 and a full dressing room with an island and integrated lighting is typically S$9,000 to S$16,000. We give you a fixed price against a drawing before anything is fabricated, and it does not move afterwards unless you change the drawing.
How long does the whole process take?
Roughly two weeks from first contact to an approved drawing, then six to eight weeks to fabricate and install. The survey itself takes about an hour. The part that varies is you: the drawing goes through as many revisions as you want, and that is the right place to spend time — it is far cheaper to move a bay on a drawing than after it is anodised.
Can you work around a beam, a sloped ceiling or an aircon trunk?
Yes — that is most of what made-to-measure is for. Beams, bulkheads, service ducts and sloped ceilings are surveyed and drawn in, and the bays are cut around them. Bring photographs to the first conversation and we can usually tell you on the spot whether anything is genuinely difficult.

Three drawers, drops into any bay
A three-drawer module on full-extension runners that drops into a Vitrine, Meridian or Openwork bay and clamps to the uprights. No tools beyond the supplied key, and it comes out again just as easily.

LED Rail with Motion Sensor
Light that comes on when the door does
A slim LED strip that clips into the top rail channel and lights the bay when the door opens. Runs off a rechargeable cell, so there is no wiring and no electrician.

A full-extension pull-out rail with twelve non-slip arms, for trousers hung at the fold rather than folded over a hanger. Clamps to the frame on the same pitch as the shelves.
