Why an aluminium frame is the right trade specification
The argument for a retail buyer is that the doors still line up in ten years. The argument for a developer or a property manager is the same fact expressed as a replacement cycle.
A melamine-board wardrobe in an un-airconditioned Singapore bedroom has a practical life of five to eight years before swelling makes the doors misalign, and tenant turnover accelerates that considerably. An anodised aluminium frame does not absorb moisture, so that failure mode does not exist — the panels and the soft-close hardware are the wear items, and both are replaceable without touching the carcass.
That is the whole trade case, and it is worth checking rather than believing: ask for the anodising thickness certificate and the hardware cycle ratings, which we will send.

Do you offer trade pricing?
Yes, on volume. Interior designers, contractors, developers and property managers get tiered pricing that starts at five units on one delivery and improves materially past twenty. It is a discount off the same catalogue, not a different product — the specification, the warranty and the lead time are identical to a retail order. Tell us the project size and we will send the schedule.
Can you hold stock for a phased handover?
For scheduled projects, yes. We hold allocated stock against a confirmed order and release it against your handover dates, which is usually what a developer or a serviced-apartment operator actually needs. There is a deposit and a maximum hold period, both stated in the terms we send — an indefinite free hold is not something we can offer honestly.
Do you install, or do we?
Either. Most trade orders take delivery flat-packed and use their own crew, because the units go in during a fit-out when there are already people on site. We install where you want us to, priced per unit rather than per order, and that is usually the right call for an occupied-property retrofit where a resident is waiting.
Can we get a sample or a mock-up?
Yes. Finish samples — anodised frame chips and acrylic panel offcuts — go out free. A full sample unit for a show flat or a design presentation is charged at cost and credited in full against an order of ten or more.
What paperwork can you provide?
