Delivery & assembly
Into the room, not the lobby
Every figure on this page is the one you will be charged. There is no handling fee added at checkout and no surcharge for a high floor.
Quick answer: how much is delivery?
Delivery across Singapore is free on orders over S$1,200 and S$89 below it. In-stock items dispatch in 3–5 working days and arrive within about a week; a few of the widest variants are built to order and take around three weeks, which is stated on the size selector before you add anything to your bag. Assembly is optional at S$120 charged once per order rather than per item — two people build it in the room, fit the anti-tip bracket and take the packaging away. Everything ships flat in cartons that fit a standard passenger lift, so there is no hoist, no facade access and no need for a service lift booking in most blocks.

Coverage is Singapore, island-wide — there is no zone surcharge and no minimum distance. Sentosa and restricted-access developments are fine; tell us in the delivery notes if a permit or a pre-registration is needed.
How long it takes
In-stock items leave in 3–5 working days and land within about a week of the order. A small number of the widest variants — the 1800 mm three-door at full height, the 2400 mm slider, both Atrium corner sizes — are built to order and take around three weeks. Which is which is marked on the size selector before you add it to your bag, because a lead time discovered after payment is the most avoidable complaint in furniture retail.
Made-to-measure walk-in systems run 6–8 weeks from an approved drawing. See made to measure for how that process works.
Getting it into the building
Everything ships flat. The longest carton in the range is 2060 × 640 × 180 mm, which stands on its end in a standard passenger lift — so in the great majority of Singapore blocks there is no hoist, no service-lift booking and no facade access to arrange.
Tell us at checkout if your building has a service-lift-only rule, a height restriction under 2.1 m, a narrow spiral stair, or a loading-bay time window. All four are ordinary and all four are much cheaper to solve before the van is dispatched.
Please fit the bracket
Every wardrobe ships with an anti-tip bracket and it should be fitted, whether we assemble it or you do. A tall cabinet with a loaded drawer open, or a child hanging on a door, has a real tipping moment regardless of how heavy it is. It is two fixings into the wall behind, it is invisible once the wardrobe is in place, and it takes about five minutes. Our crews always fit it.
Delivery questions
How much is delivery in Singapore?
Delivery across Singapore is free on orders over S$1,200 and S$89 below it. Will the cartons fit in my lift?
Yes, in a standard HDB or condominium passenger lift. The longest carton in the range is 2060 × 640 × 180 mm and goes in on its end. If your block only has a service lift with a height restriction under 2.1 m, tell us in the delivery notes at checkout and we will split the packing further at no charge — it is far better to know before the van arrives.
Do you deliver to the room, or just the lobby?
To the room you choose, always, on every order. Kerbside or lobby drop is what makes cheap furniture delivery cheap, and carrying a 90 kg carton up a flight of stairs is not something a customer should be discovering on the day. If the route genuinely cannot take it — a spiral stair, a landing tighter than the carton diagonal — the crew will tell you rather than force it, and we will work out what to do.
What does assembly include?
Two people, the cabinet built in the room of your choice, levelled on its feet, doors adjusted so they line up, the anti-tip bracket fitted to the wall, and every scrap of packaging taken away with them. It is charged once per order because the crew is already in the room — charging per wardrobe for a single visit is a fee nobody would accept once they thought about it.
Can I assemble it myself?
Yes, and most people do. A Cabin takes about 25 minutes for two people, a two-door Vitrine about 40, and the three-door about 75. Everything needed is in the box including the assembly key — no drill unless you are fixing the anti-tip bracket into masonry, which you should. The instructions are pictorial and there is a video link on the carton.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Saturdays yes, at no extra charge. Sundays and public holidays by arrangement and there is a surcharge, which we will tell you before you commit to it rather than after.
What if I am not in?
We confirm a slot by WhatsApp the day before and the crew calls when they are half an hour out. A missed delivery costs us a two-person crew and a van, so a redelivery is charged at the standard delivery fee — but tell us as early as you can and rescheduling is free.
