30 days, and what it costs

You have 30 days from delivery. If the cartons are unopened we collect and refund in full, including any delivery you paid. If it is assembled and undamaged we will still take it back, but the return collection is deducted — S$89 for a single unit, quoted for more. Anything faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered is replaced or refunded at our cost with no time limit argument, and the 5-year warranty covers the frame, hinges, runners and panels against defects for that whole period. The deduction for assembled returns is stated plainly here because a returns policy with an unstated deduction is worse than a strict one.

Yes — a change of mind and a mis-measure are treated identically, within the 30 days. If it is unopened, that costs you nothing. If you assembled it before realising, the return collection is deducted. The much better outcome is not to be in this position: send us the wall width, the clear floor in front and the ceiling height before you order and we will tell you whether it works. That check is free and it takes us about ten minutes.

Photograph it before you do anything else, including before you finish unpacking, and send the photographs the same day. Transit damage is our problem entirely: we replace the damaged part or the whole unit at our cost, and you are not asked to return anything before the replacement arrives. A cracked acrylic panel or a scuffed frame section is usually a part swap rather than a whole cabinet, which is faster for everyone.

5 years on the frame, the hinges, the runners, the sliding-track carriages and the panels, against manufacturing defects and against failure in normal domestic use. That includes a hinge that stops holding adjustment, a soft-close damper that stops damping, a carriage that starts to bind, and an anodised finish that degrades. It does not cover accidental damage, scratches from abrasive cleaning, or a cabinet that was never fixed to the wall with its anti-tip bracket and then tipped.

Not as a warranty claim — acrylic is softer than glass and marking it with an abrasive cloth or a solvent cleaner is preventable damage rather than a defect. It is also, unlike glass, usually fixable: light scuffing on a clear panel polishes out with an acrylic polish, and we will send you the right product and instructions free. A panel that is genuinely beyond polishing can be replaced individually at parts cost, without replacing the wardrobe.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within five working days of the goods reaching us, which for a card is another two to three days before it shows on the statement.

Not for a change of mind, and this is the one genuine exception. A walk-in is cut to your ceiling height and scribed to your walls, so it has no value to anyone else and cannot be restocked. That is exactly why the process puts a 3D drawing and a fixed price in front of you before anything is fabricated, and why you can revise that drawing as many times as you want. Defects and workmanship are covered by the same warranty as everything else.
